Swile’s mission? To reinvent the employee experience with tools that simplify daily life and strengthen team connections.
Founded in 2018, Swile quickly established itself as a leader in meal voucher and employee benefits solutions, thanks to an innovative, user-focused approach.
Today, Swile goes far beyond meal vouchers, offering a comprehensive platform for managing perks, onboarding, corporate culture, mobility, and even corporate gift cards. After acquiring Bimpli in 2023, Swile expanded its reach to 650 employees, 85,000 clients, and 5 million users.
With over 10,000 monthly transactions across 100+ bank accounts, Swile’s treasury team faced a growing challenge: sharing cash data securely and efficiently with operational teams. The goal? Reduce manual intervention, free up treasury resources, and maintain rock-solid data integrity.
Enter Payflows, the solution that empowered Valérie and her team to grant secure, tailored access to cash data for specific teams—saving 3+ days per week of treasury time. Here are three real-world examples.
Old Problem: CashCo handles customer interactions for incoming payments across Swile’s product lines (meal vouchers, gift cards, mobility, and travel). This involved daily validation of 300–500 transactions and managing bank rejections. Previously, they relied on treasury to provide cash data exports or reports—causing delays and back-and-forth communication.
Payflows Solution: CashCo now has direct access to the Transactions module in Payflows. They can filter, export, and validate transactions autonomously, including pinpointing rejection reasons in seconds.
Old Problem: The Accounts Payable team didn’t have access to bank orders, forcing treasury to manually process and upload this data into the ERP (NetSuite)—a task consuming up to 2 days per week with risk-prone manual classification.
Payflows Solution: Specific access rights in Payflows now allow Accounts Payable to import bank orders directly while protecting sensitive information like payroll data. Starting in 2025, the upcoming Bank Reconciliation Module will automate bank order synchronization between Payflows and NetSuite, further reducing manual workloads.
Old Problem: FP&A needed granular data on bank fees and transaction details to align with invoice numbers. Treasury frequently had to extract and share these details, adding little strategic value.
Payflows Solution: Customizable exports in Payflows now enable FP&A to conduct their analyses independently, eliminating dependency on treasury for routine requests.
With Payflows, Swile’s treasury team has successfully decentralized cash data access to operational teams while ensuring security and compliance. The result? More time for treasury to focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives—and fewer headaches all around. What’s next? We can’t wait to see how Swile keeps scaling with data-driven efficiency!
